Every feedback source, recognised on drop

Drop in the export you already have — Trustpilot, Bazaarvoice, NPS surveys, Google, App Store or Play Store — and VoC recognises the format on contact, maps the fields that matter, and builds your branded, interactive dashboard while you watch.

Last updated 20 June 2026

No mapping wizard. No "connect your account". You export the file you already have — a CSV or XLSX — and VoC reads the column layout on drop, finds the rating, the country, the store or channel and the free-text verbatim, and turns it into a board-ready slide. The first time you see your own logo on a Net-Promoter chart you built in two minutes, that's the moment the tool earns its keep.

Parsed in your browser, not on our servers. Every comment — including any name, email or order number a customer happened to type into a review — is read locally on your machine. The verbatim text never leaves your device. EU-built, GDPR-aware, by design. See how the Glass Room works →

The source grid

Each source below is auto-detected — VoC fingerprints the file from its column headers and structure, so you don't pick the source from a dropdown. Here's the exact export VoC accepts, the fields it maps, and the slide it becomes.

Trustpilot Auto-detected

Business reviews with reply status, channel and topic tagging — recognised from the review_text + Reply available + Main Topic columns.

AcceptsFields mappedBecomes
CSV (UTF-8) or XLSX Rating (1–5★), country, channel (in-store / online / mixed), main topic, reply status, review date, verbatim Rating distribution, in-store vs online gap, topic breakdown, reply-rate banner

In-store 4.77★ vs online 4.24★ — the kind of so-what VoC pulls straight out of the channel column.

Bazaarvoice Auto-detected

Syndicated product reviews with moderation status, brand and category — recognised from cell A1 Bazaarvoice or the Moderation Status + Overall Rating header pair. The four metadata rows above the real header? VoC steps over them for you.

AcceptsFields mappedBecomes
XLSX (multi-row header) Overall rating (1–5★), country (from review locale), brand, product, category, purchase channel (online / in-store), moderation status, verbatim Approved-reviews average, brand league table, category heatmap, channel split

Averages are computed over APPROVED reviews only — rejected and pending rows are flagged, never silently counted.

NPS surveys (B&M, E-Com, Customer Care) Auto-detected

Multi-country Net-Promoter exports — recognised from the interview_start + NPS : question header, with the survey type (store, online shop, customer care) read from the question text itself.

AcceptsFields mappedBecomes
XLSX NPS score (0–10), country, store / market, completion status, dimension ratings (staff, advice, range, value, delivery…), verbatim (original + English), resolution flag (Customer Care) NPS badge, country matrix, promoter/passive/detractor split, dimension averages, resolution rate

"Net responses" = completed surveys with NPS answered. Abandoned mid-survey rows are excluded the same way your analyst would.

Google reviews Auto-detected

Location and business reviews exported to a spreadsheet — rating, review text, language and date mapped to the same branded chart set as every other source.

AcceptsFields mappedBecomes
CSV or XLSX Star rating (1–5), location / store, language, date, reply status, verbatim Rating trend, store league table, sentiment themes, reply-rate

App Store & Google Play Auto-detected

Mobile-app reviews from the App Store Connect and Play Console exports — handled in one file. The Play Console sheet has headers; the App Store sheet doesn't, and VoC detects the headerless layout and repairs the usual UTF-8 mojibake (I‚ÄômI'm) before anything reaches a slide.

AcceptsFields mappedBecomes
XLSX (Android + iOS sheets) or CSV Star rating (1–5), reviewer language → country, submit / update date, developer-reply status, app version, verbatim Rating distribution, platform comparison, negative-review reply rate, version sentiment

Counts reviews submitted in the report month, so an old review that merely re-surfaced doesn't inflate your numbers.

Play Store Auto-detected

The Google Play Console ratings export, recognised from Package Name + Star Rating. Language is mapped to market so a German, French and Polish review land in the right column.

AcceptsFields mappedBecomes
CSV or XLSX Star rating (1–5), reviewer language → country, device, submit / update date, developer reply, verbatim Rating distribution, country split, reply-rate, theme extraction

The fields VoC maps — once, for every source

Whatever the export calls them, VoC normalises every source into the same four load-bearing fields. That's why ten files from six tools merge into a single omni-channel view instead of ten disconnected charts.

Canonical fieldWhat it powersWhere VoC finds it
Rating / scoreNPS badge, star average, distribution, trendNPS 0–10 or stars 1–5, auto-detected by scale
Country / marketThe country matrix and per-market drill-downCountry column, review locale, or reviewer language
Store / channelIn-store vs online splits, store league tablesStore field, channel tag, or purchase location
VerbatimTheme extraction and the "so-what" quotes on every slideFree-text comment — English translation preferred when the file has one

Per-source export guides — clear the first activation blocker

The hardest step in any feedback project isn't the analysis — it's getting the file out of the tool. Each source has a short, screenshot-led guide, and each one ends with a one-click live demo so you can see your source rendered before you commit to anything.

Each guide page doubles as a single-source live demo: land on it, drop your file, and you get a branded dashboard for that one source in minutes — the fastest path to the "aha" before you bring the rest in.

Multilingual and multi-market — nothing gets dropped

If you sell across borders, your feedback arrives in half a dozen languages. VoC reads the comment in its original language and prefers the English machine-translation when the export already carries one — so a French review and a Polish review both make it onto the slide, instead of being quietly skipped.

Languages readMarkets covered as columns
German, French, Italian, Polish, Dutch, Danish (and more — original text is always preserved) DE, FR, AT, CH, PL, BE, IE, DK, IT

Rows from markets outside your reporting scope aren't binned in silence — VoC shows them as a parse warning so you decide, not the parser.

Honest scope: drop-in today, auto-sync on the roadmap

We'd rather under-promise. Here's exactly what's live and what's coming.

Available todayOn the roadmap
File / export drop-inYes — CSV & XLSX, auto-detected, every source above
Scheduled refreshRe-drop next month's export; layout and branding persistSaved source profiles
API / live auto-syncNot yet — we won't pretend a live connector exists when it doesn'tPlanned — vote for your source below
No fake connectors. Everything on this page is real, file-based, and works the minute you drop an export. Live sync is a roadmap item, and we'll say so plainly until it ships.

Self-test in minutes — download a sample template

Want to see the shape of a clean export before you pull your own? Grab a sample template for any source, drop it into VoC, and you'll have a branded dashboard before your coffee's cold. It's the honest way to evaluate: real file in, real slide out.

One omni-channel view — not six dashboards

Already collecting feedback in more than one place? That's the point. Drop Trustpilot, Bazaarvoice, your NPS survey and your app reviews into the same workspace and VoC merges them into a single, branded Voice-of-the-Customer view — one country matrix, one set of themes, one board-ready deck. Two analyst-days of stitching, finished while you watch.

Don't see your source?

If your feedback lives somewhere not listed above, tell us. Two things happen: it goes straight onto our coverage roadmap, and we'll email you the moment it's supported. The sources customers ask for most get built first.

We use your email only to notify you about this source and never share it. Privacy notice →
