System status
A live, plain-language view of whether VoC is working right now — and how it has held up over the last 90 days.
Times are shown in Central European Time (CET/CEST). VoC runs on the Cloudflare edge network across the EU.
Components
Each part of VoC is monitored independently. If one component has trouble, the rest can keep working — for example, your dashboards are built in your browser, so they keep running even if our sign-up page is briefly down.

Recent incidents
No incidents in the last 90 days. When something does go wrong, we post it here — what happened, what we did, and when it was resolved — in plain language, with no jargon.
- Planned maintenance: none scheduled. We aim to deploy changes with zero downtime, and to announce anything that needs a maintenance window at least 48 hours ahead.
- Your data during an incident: your customer-feedback comments are parsed in your browser and are never stored on our servers, so an outage can interrupt access but cannot put that text at risk. See Privacy for the full picture.

How we measure status
VoC is built to stay up by design:
- Edge-hosted: the site and app run on Cloudflare Pages and Functions across many EU locations, so there is no single server to fall over.
- Browser-side analysis: dashboards are computed in your browser, so report-building keeps working independently of our back end.
- Independent checks: each component is monitored on its own, so we can spot and report trouble narrowly rather than declaring everything "down".
